How do I download my pattern after purchase?

Accepted Answer

As soon as your payment is confirmed you're taken to a thank‑you page with an instant download link. The same link is emailed to you and is always available under Dashboard → Orders.

I paid but didn't receive the email — what now?

Accepted Answer

Check the spam / promotions folder first. PayPal and Apple Pay send the receipt to the address registered with your payment account, which may differ from the one you typed at checkout.

Which crochet hook do I need?

Every pattern lists the recommended hook size and yarn weight at the top. We generally use 2.5–3.5mm hooks with sport / DK cotton for amigurumi.

Can I sell items I make from your patterns?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in small quantities and with a credit to the designer. Please don't resell or share the pattern file itself — that's how designers get paid.

Do you ship kits worldwide?

Accepted Answer

We ship to most countries. Duties and taxes for orders outside the UK are the buyer's responsibility and are shown at checkout when possible.

How do I cancel my Scilatour Crochify Club subscription?

Head to Dashboard → Profile and click 'Manage subscription'. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Digital patterns are non‑refundable once downloaded. Unused physical kits can be returned within 30 days — see the Refund Policy for the details.

The pattern is in another language, is there a translation?

Most patterns are available in English, French and Spanish. Available languages are listed on the product page.
