You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to place an order. If you are ordering on behalf of a business you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secret and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at contact@scilatour.com if you think your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, misuse the site or attempt fraud.

All patterns, photos, videos, illustrations, tutorials and written content remain the property of Scilatour Crochify, its affiliates or the original designer. Your purchase gives you a personal, worldwide, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the pattern for your own crafting.

You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, share, upload or republish the pattern file, tutorial or images; (b) translate or create derivative patterns for redistribution; (c) use the content to train machine‑learning models; or (d) use our brand or logos without written permission.

Finished items you make from our patterns may be sold in small handmade quantities with a visible credit to the original designer. Mass‑production and factory reproduction are not permitted without a separate licence.

Prices are shown in US dollars by default and can be displayed in euros using the currency switcher. The switcher is a convenience — you will be charged in the currency shown at checkout. Prices, product availability and promotions may change at any time. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout based on your billing address.

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, or where a product is out of stock. If we cancel a paid order you receive a full refund.

Payments are processed by third‑party providers (currently Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay). By placing an order you accept the applicable processor's terms. We do not see or store your full card details.

Refund and cancellation rights are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Both form part of these terms.

You agree not to use the site to break the law, attempt to access other users' accounts, upload malicious code, scrape content in bulk, or interfere with the site's normal operation. We may investigate and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roulverse LLC disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot be limited by law, including consumer‑protection rights in your country of residence.

You agree to indemnify Roulverse LLC against any third‑party claim arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of another person's rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts sitting in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, subject to any mandatory consumer‑protection rights in your country of residence.
