Shipping & Delivery Policy

Most of what we sell at Scilatour Crochify is digital, so "shipping" usually means "instant delivery." This page explains exactly what happens after you check out — for both digital patterns and physical crochet kits — and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Digital patterns (PDF)

As soon as your payment is confirmed you're taken to a thank‑you page with an instant download link. A copy of the same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout and stays available inside your account for future re‑downloads.

Downloads are unlimited for the lifetime of your account and are not tied to a single device. If you paid with PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the receipt is sent to the email registered with that payment method — please also check your spam folder before contacting us.

Files are delivered as standard PDF documents readable on any desktop, phone or tablet with a free PDF reader. There is no DRM, and you may print unlimited personal copies for your own craft use.

2. Crochet kits (physical items)

Kits are hand‑packed at our workshop and dispatched within 2–5 US business days of receiving your order. Each kit ships with a printed QR code that opens the matching video tutorial on your phone.

Shipping options, transit times and carriers are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Typical delivery windows once dispatched: 3–7 business days within the United States, 7–14 business days to Canada and Mexico, and 10–21 business days for the rest of the world. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically as soon as the parcel leaves our workshop.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected by Scilatour Crochify. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

3. Address changes & failed delivery

We can update a shipping address only if the order has not yet been packed. Once a tracking number is generated the address is locked with the carrier. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery can be re‑sent at the buyer's expense, or refunded minus the original shipping cost.

4. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your kit arrives damaged, email us at contact@scilatour.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll either open a carrier claim, resend the item, or issue a refund depending on what happened.
