• Account info: name, email address, and a hashed password (or the identifier returned by your Google login).
• Order info: billing/shipping address, order contents and the payment method used. Card details are handled by our payment processors — we never see or store them.
• Device info: browser, IP address, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics.
• Communications: anything you tell us when you email support, plus our reply.
• Marketing preferences: whether you've opted in to our newsletter and which emails you opened.

• To create your account and deliver the products you buy — performance of a contract.
• To send order confirmations and important service emails — performance of a contract.
• To improve the site (analytics), prevent fraud and secure the service — our legitimate interests.

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR in the EU/UK and CCPA/CPRA in California), you can request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to certain processing, restrict processing, or export a portable copy. We use HTTPS across the site, hash account passwords, keep our software up to date, and restrict internal access to personal data on a need‑to‑know basis. No system is 100% secure — if you spot a vulnerability, please report it privately to contact@scilatour.com.

The site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page and, where required, notified by email. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
