Refund Policy

Because most of our products are delivered instantly, refunds work differently depending on what you bought. Please read the section that matches your order. This policy sits alongside — and does not override — any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

1. Digital patterns

All sales of digital patterns are final. Once the download link has been generated we can't offer refunds or exchanges, including for accidental duplicate orders, "I changed my mind" cancellations or purchases of the wrong pattern. By completing checkout you expressly consent to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that this waives any statutory right of withdrawal where the law allows the waiver.

Exceptions we do refund: files that fail to download after multiple attempts and cannot be fixed, patterns that contain material errors we cannot correct within 14 days of you reporting them, or duplicate charges caused by a payment processor error.

2. Scilatour Crochify Club subscription

Subscription fees already paid are non‑refundable, including partial months. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard to stop future billing; access to member content remains active until the end of the current billing period. We'll email you a reminder before any annual renewal.

3. Crochet kits (physical items)

You may return an unused, unopened kit in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges are non‑refundable. Customised or made‑to‑order items are non‑refundable unless they arrive defective.

Email contact@scilatour.com with your order number before sending anything back so we can issue an RMA. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

4. Defective or incorrect items

If a kit arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) at your choice, at no cost to you.

5. How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card and wallet refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days; bank transfer refunds can take up to 14 business days depending on your bank. We refund the amount actually charged in the currency it was charged in; we cannot compensate for exchange‑rate movements between the purchase and the refund.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at contact@scilatour.com. Most disputes can be resolved within a few business days. Opening a chargeback without contacting us can delay a resolution and, in the case of digital goods you've already downloaded, is treated as a breach of these terms.
